Our little fashion plate

So it seems as though Eva has already developed a strong sense of style. One hears tell of the lengendary tantrums toddlers are capable of, so we thought we were prepared. However, we were most definitely not prepared for the fact that the most fearsome Eva-tantrums are all related to clothing- or accessory-related disagreements.

Herein, a sampling of her most recent ensembles:

Most definitely too cool for school. (In case you're wondering, she's an indoor-shades kind of girl.)

What season is it, again?

One particularly fearsome tantrum was prompted by mommy daring to remove this particular accessory to - gasp! - wash her hair.

Her latest favorite, inspired by a canoe ride on the Mystic River. Any why *should* she need to remove it to, say, get in her car seat, or eat dinner, or take a bath? Who knows when that flash flood will hit? (In this shot - lounging on her ladybug beanbag chair. Another flood-risky activity.)

Sassy.

Action girl!
